Project Overview
Project Headwaters was an unselected identity concept for Grand River Health’s transition to a new patient app for managing medical accounts, billing, and appointments. They suggested an outdoor theme. I developed an outdoor-themed identity featuring mountains, pine trees, and a flowing river to represent navigation, progress, and moving toward a more connected patient experience.
