Project overview
I created this personal piece for a college project inspired by my lifelong love of music. I began with sheets of musical notation, cutting and rearranging them into an abstract collage.
Using Photoshop, I combined the collage with layered textures, color washes, photo I took of my friend, and some random text to recreate the expressive qualities of a traditional watercolor painting. The finished composition blends music and visual art while demonstrating my skills in digital compositing, texture, and creative image manipulation.
